This may include names, company names, contact details, addresses, service package details, invoices, payment records, support tickets, uploaded documents, WhatsApp/email communication logs, and technical service notes.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage client profiles, generate invoices and statements, process payments, send service notifications, manage support tickets, prevent duplicate or fraudulent accounts, and maintain service records.

AI Processing

Where AI tools are used, they assist authorised staff with CRM tasks, summaries, document reading, reminders, and customer support. AI actions are logged and sensitive changes may require staff approval.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers required for email, WhatsApp, payments, hosting, network operations, accounting, or legal compliance.

Security

Access is restricted to authorised users. The system uses HTTPS, authenticated sessions, permission controls, audit logs, and operational safeguards.

POPIA Rights

South African users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where legally permitted. Some billing and compliance records may need to be retained.
