Terms of Service

Effective date: 12 July 2026

These terms govern access to Switchcom IT (Pty) Ltd systems, including the CRM, invoicing system, customer portal, AI command portal, and related communication tools.

Authorised Use

Only authorised Switchcom IT staff, approved resellers, and permitted customers may access protected system areas. Users must keep login details confidential and must not misuse customer or billing data.

Service Records

The system may create records for clients, invoices, payments, services, equipment, support tickets, agreements, notifications, and operational activity.

Payments and Invoices

Invoices, statements, EFT details, and payment gateway links are provided for account settlement. Payment records may be reconciled manually or automatically where payment integrations are active.

AI Assistance

AI features assist with operational productivity. Users remain responsible for checking important outputs before sending, approving, deleting, billing, or changing customer records.

Availability

Switchcom IT aims to keep systems available, but maintenance, hosting issues, third-party API changes, or network interruptions may affect availability.
